One address, read by a person. There’s no phone line and no support desk, pretending otherwise would only waste your afternoon.

Corrections to a price, a destination we’re missing, a carrier that shouldn’t be there, or anything about how the weekly check works, all of it goes to the same place.

hello@postcompare.ie

No form, no ticket number, no account required to write to us.

What to include

Four lines will do it. The more of this you give us, the shorter the back and forth:

The route
Where the parcel is going. Everything here leaves Ireland, so the destination country is usually enough.
The weight and the box size
The weight you put in, and the measurements if you added them. Size decides the band as often as weight does, and it’s the first thing we check when a price looks odd.
A screenshot, if a price looks wrong
The results screen showing the figure, and the price you were quoted on the partner’s site. That pair tells us in seconds whether a rate has moved or something is broken at our end.
What you expected to see
Even one line. It’s the difference between a fix and three emails working out what you meant.

Problems with a booking

We can’t see your booking. PostCompare takes no payment and holds no bookings, labels or tracking, booking completes on our partner’s secure site, and we have no access to their systems at all.

So if a parcel is late, a label won’t print, a collection didn’t happen or a refund is owed, the partner you booked with is the only one who can act. Their support details are on the confirmation email they sent you, and going straight to them will be faster than going through us.

What is ours to fix: a price on this site that doesn’t match what the partner quoted, a service listed under the wrong carrier, a route that returns nothing. Send those over and they get looked at.

When you’ll hear back

A day or two, usually. Email is read every day and answered when there’s something useful to say rather than an acknowledgement of receipt.

Price corrections jump the queue, because a wrong number on a comparison site is worse than no number at all. Everything else gets a proper answer in the order it arrived.
