A delivery company can add an administration fee
A delivery company can also charge an administration fee if customs charges weren’t paid in advance, according to the CCPC.
Check your order’s payment details for customs charges paid in advance. If they weren’t paid, budget for a possible administration fee on top of the customs charges.
